收費標準

收費標準 完成房屋租賃契約後,本公司收取之服務費訂定如下:1年期以內租賃契約,服務費用為半個月租金。1年期(含)以上租賃契約,服務費用為壹個月租金請款時間 -完成租賃合約簽訂當天開立發票請款。 雜支費用- 公証費用- 若需法院公証,公証費用由出租方與承租方各負擔一半,協 助辦理公証事項,本公司不另收費 買賣成交按買方1% 賣方4%仲介費收費。

每星期提供適合物件一覽表予承租客戶。

約定時間,勘察選定個案

針對選定個案,承租客戶提出議價委託書,由本公代表向出租人進行條件交涉。司

達成租賃條件後,提供租賃契約書,審視合約, 確立合約內容。

合約書製作,完成簽約。

協助順利進駐使用。

協調解決交屋後使用爭議。
